I still remember the cognitive dissonance I experienced when two months after launch, you said that we really hadn't launched yet and that we were doing good with only a couple hundred users. We've learned a lot in the last year but the most important lesson is that there is no short-cut, even if it IS a better mouse-trap. These things take time and a LOT of work. Thanks Mark.
