		<description>entirely plausible scenario. whats worse though is what happens to third party apps when twitter works out other people are making more money than them. 
 
i&#039;ve seen some shocking things on the twitter-dev email list (like announcing today that a &quot;api change&quot; will be occuring on Friday in less than 2 days with no consultation or warning with the community that has the potential to break some apps). 
 
This along with the API going down more often than most people would like....leads me to believe the future of Twitter isn&#039;t all that clear.
