Just wrote a post over at Just Too Logical, where I suggest that Apple buy Twitter and make the iPhone the only mobile device that can access the Twitter system.

"Makes a lot of sense": well I guess it depends from which perspective ? Certainly not from the web sector. Certainly not from FB, MSFT or Yahoo. And depending on whether you believe Twitter has a solid revenue model or not, not from Twitter (as a company) perspective. Yes, great for Twitter VCs who get an excellent exit in those harsh days and yes great for Google who kills a potential future competitor.
