		<description>Glad to hear it Mark!  As a consultant for most of the past 10 years (not counting my spans of time at home with the kiddlies), I have to say, the lifestyle is pretty great.  Sometimes I miss being &quot;part&quot; of a cool company, and am sad to be on the outside of something I really believe in... but the lifestyle tradeoff is pretty darn great. Enjoy!</description>
