In fact for some time now I've been walking around with my blackberry plus an iPod Touch. At any opportunity I prefer to log on to some wifi network and do my thing. The blackberry has become a link for those non-wifi zones.
So yes, I welcome the iPhone though it may be some time before I can get one.

I'm sure iPod Touch sales are going way up with all the hype around the iPhone. If it did stereo MP3 Bluetooth out I'd be way more likely to buy one, but somehow its become a sticking point with me. Maybe it will be added for the December hardware refresh? ( PURE SPECULATION on my part )

Some really good apps at the App store too. The Apple remote control program works great at controlling iTunes from the Touch. My tech avoiding wife even thinks it's the bomb. I'll probably get it working with Apple TV in the near future.

And I have confirmed that iPhone users in Canada can use any **Rogerss-serviced** Wireless Hot Spot free. But this does not include the entire Canadian HotSpot Network. So it will work at Second Cup but not at Starbucks or Toronto Airport (both services by Bell Mobility).
