...hmmm, I think &quot;stockholders&quot; should be replaced with &quot;management&quot;.  Yahoo has been in decline and the offer included a 35% premium on the stock price?  Not in the best interests of the shareholders?  Think again.  A shareholder vote should decide this.</description>
