The final price was much higher than what I had been quoted when I reserved, all because of these various fees and taxes. Rental companies (and airlines for that matter) should have to disclose true price of a transaction, not parts of it. He is a great speaker and he added depth to his script with his tone and speaking. Personally, I would have nixed the Southern accent bit, but funny none the less.
