		<description>Standout has moved away from the video-based model...they've moved into more of a company portal model, providing some candidate-management backend razzamatazz with a front-end that's a cross between pageflakes and facebook. 

The trick of course is figuring out a way to simultaneously keep mass headhunters out, and quality (read: employed and happy) potential candidates in. Which is precisely the reason that the big boards are bleeding market share.</description>
