Great, just great! A week after I get a new Blackberry 8800 because it was the only Blackberry that came with GPS, Rogers unveils the Curve 8310 with GPS and a camera – which is the killer one-two punch. I wonder if the good folks at Rogers would be willing to take back my week-old Blackberry for a Curve?

I’m sure they will exchange it for you; it’s only been a week. If they don’t want to at first, I’m sure you can convince them otherwise. Please let us know the outcome. Good luck.
Wait til the week after, the v2 8800 also comes with wifi.
Yes. They will almost 100% trade it for you as long as you do it within 30 days. And DON’T go do it at a Rogers store. Also don’t bother with Rogers customer service. Call the customer relations department and they will take care of things for you quickly and smoothly. The direct number is: 866-897-3008
Shaun: Thanks. The only problem is I’ve probably used the phone for more than 30 minutes so Rogers claims they won’t swap it for 8310.

this number goes right through the standard rogers phone flow. its not direct
