Good to see Craig was out engaging in some proactive rumor squashing.

We have no idea why they thought I was leaving.

I’m doing full time customer service right now, and keep reminding people that my exist strategy for customer service is death. That is, I’ll be doing customer service only as long as I live; after that, it’s over.
