		<description>One mustn't assume that everyone who listens to and IPod while cycling to work has the volume set so high as to block the world around them completely out. Use the volume control people! I do. Even if it doesn't save your life, which the helmet may, it will certainly help save your hearing.</description>

		<description>What about the bike ride without a helmet on!  It never ceases to amaze me when I ride by and give a courteous "on your left" call, and not even a flinch happens.</description>
