I’m looking for a reasonably-priced Web host with good customer service. If they support/offer WordPress, that would be even better. Any suggestions?

I’ve been with http://www.godaddy.com for a few years and am quite happy with them. I can’t say how good their customer support is. They’ve never given me any reason to use it. YMMV, of course.
I switched to LaughingSquid (http://laughingsquid.com/) last year and have been very happy with them. For the first time ever, my site got Dugg and stayed up.
Although I’m not with them now, I’ve used Liquid Web quite a bit, and they’ve been great. The customer service is quick, they’ve got a great toolset, which works with WordPress, and they have been mostly flawless. That’s my recommendation.
Idologic (www.idologic.com) isn’t expensive and really values customer service. Another b5 blogger (Steve Remington) is a happy customer. (Disclosure: I work for the company.)
I like Brownrice Internet (www.brownrice.com). They only host by referral and give excellent customer support at reasonable rates. Mention me if you make an inquiry.
I’ll second A Small Orange, although they do have some downtime every now and then. The best support I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with though, and that’s worth a lot.
From my experience:
1. Don’t go too cheap.
2. Pick a host that operates out of a good data centre.
I’ve tried many, and I always come back to HostGator (www.hostgator.com).
Support and service have been outstanding for all of $10/month.

Thanks for the insight!

A Small Orange (used them, love them) or Laughing Squid (haven’t used them, but know people who have, and they’re good people).
Definitely don’t go cheap. You get what you pay for, with support.
