		<description>I don't really understand video blogs of people sitting on their butts talking into the microphone although I guess the idea is that body language tells a lot about the person? We should probably all watch ourselves talk in the mirror first to make sure we don't have any nervous ticks. hehe</description>

		<description>These days, that's what I've been telling people. That podcasts are an audio or video extension of a blog. Some may be surprised to hear me say that as it would surmise that I'm dismissing the importance of podcasting as its own legitimate form of media. However, trying to explain any other way tends to elicit confused looks. And I'd rather see enthusiastic smiles and not furrowed brows after explaining what a podcast is (and isn't).
