For anyone who enjoys the variety and quality of online radio, be thankful that NPR and Pandora plan to fight back against a Copyright Royalty Board royalty decision that could cripple, if not destroy, the business. NPR said today they will file a petition for reconsideration with the CRB. If this process is unsuccessful, they NPR has promised to pursue other legal avenues.
