		<description>The possibilities are endless! Who knows, maybe an alliance between Shaw, MTS and Videotron could emerge. If the government is truly intent on more competition, perhaps they will set aside spectrum for another player. Maybe this will be a boom for telecom consultants as clients seek insight into the different scenarios. :)</description>

		<description>So, who will bid and what will be the terms for the auction? Will Industry Canada set-aside some of the new spectrum for new entrants? Will new carriers be granted a &#039;right-to-roam&#039; for their clients as they build out their networks, allowing customers to have national service out of the gate? Will foreign ownership restrictions be lifted (meaning legislative changes) prior to the auction and if so, what changes to the new-entrant incentives are appropriate?

It&#039;ll be fun to watch the debate as this one unfolds.</description>
