After three years with Bell Canada and a variety of senior roles, including “an innovative special assignment in the wireless space” (aka no-frills, cheap wireless”) Alek Krstajic is leaving to start his own company, Vanguard, which will focus on providing telecom consulting and M&A expertise in emerging markets such as Pakistan, Kazakhstan and Montenegro. Krstajic will continue as a personal advisor to Bell CEO Michael Sabia. Now, when do you think Bell will come clean on the now aborted no-frills wireless project and, from what I hear, a no-frills VoIP service as well.
