It needs to be able to read an A4 paragraph moving the screen only for up an down. Essential that it can be read easily outside - it is in summer vacations that i make more reading- Good battery. USB Connectivity to desktop. Dont need web connectivity i can do that with laptop or desktop. Other options not essential - mp3 player while reading via phones. Futurist capability= solar panel in it's back to recharge batteries.
