Trouble shooting the lock up of the Q...............
I have a Q for 2 months and today for the first time it locked up. I tried to remove the battery and it did not restart. Do I have to take it in? Is all the info on here lost? I sync with outlook but the calendar is not recorded. Any advise or experience.

On first impressions, the Q is pretty cool but it lustre was lost shortly after I started to actually use it. To be honest, it has to pass the Blackberry sniff test (be better, more reliable and have a longer battery life) before I'll even seriously consider using something else.

Bought one, probably wouldn't buy another one. I've done a few posts on my experience with the Q - largely it's a decent enough device but it's got some strange quirks that drive me up the wall - atrocious battery life being the key issue... this sucker needs to be given juice at least once a day or it'll be dead by the next morning. Basically it looks great but has a crappy personality.
