That guys <strong>loves </strong>himself. By now I'm struggling to contain my laughter and also thinking <em>how incredible it was that not only is she not familiar with the fact that I write about VoIP for the predominant VoIP magazine</em>, she's still trying to get me to talk to their elite technical support team. Because I'm sure someone working in a phone room for $6 an hour is up on the "predominant VoIP magazine" and who their writers are. Wow. That guys loves himself.
