		<description>Chris is a good, bright guy. I thought he gave a good presentation as well. Much of what he says is true - ad agencies are NOT looking at the Total Picture, with, in my opinion digital agencies still relegated to after-thoughts and table scraps and traditional agencies hoping that they will be able to retire before the real sh*t hits the revenue fan.
I don&#039;t know that MSFT has suddenly Got Religion - having donned a Blue Badge of my own for a while, I can tell you that it is not a culture that turns on a dime.
But I, too, am encouraged.</description>
