You do have to wonder how much interference will be run by companies like Rogers, Bell, and Telus to try and stop something that could jepordize more than 1 of their revenue streams. I work for Hydro One, and I knew for sure smart metering would be involved somehow. Security and accounts will be enormous for them, like the article mentions.
