		<description>First, valuation is subjective, not objective.  Explain how google gets the valuation they get.  Vonage is a first mover.  Proven buisness model.  Accelerating growth and revenues.  Not hokus pokus like Skype. 
Forget C LAx, he&#39;s the same guy that invested $300 million into Buy.com on behalf of Masioshi Son at Softbank, hmmmm seems that investment paid off.
Somewhere between $5-$8 billion is where Vonage is and based upon the market an IPO has lots of buzz and don&#39;t forget ona proforma basis if they stopped markeitng they would be profitable</description>
