		<description>If Roger&#39;s is looking at providing a primary phone service - why shouldn&#39;t they be regulated like the phone companies???  Why have special treatment for one company when others are forced to comply with the CRTC?</description>

		<description>It would be great to be able to combine my wireless with VOIP - Rogers currently charges wireless customers $0.25/minute for LD which is a ripoff.  Why not do LD over VOIP?</description>
